This position provides training and support to Retailers on the Alpha High Theft Products. This person will support in: managing and developing pilot/testing programs, working with retailers on roll-out protocol and best practices, and the Alpha Matching Program. This position closely interacts with the Sales Team, Customer Support Teams, Product Management, and Retail Customers. _ Job Duties: _ Develop in store processes (BEST PRACTICES) with retailers prior to pilot kick-off. Deliver Best Practices, product demonstrations, in-store set up, and offer product expertise during Pilot kick-off. Work closely with retailers in development of support material in their product test efforts. Interact and communicate with The Sales team, Customer Support Teams, Product Management regarding customers' requirements, expectations, and experiences. Work with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management in BETA testing of new products within retail stores. Be the VOC (Voice of the Customer) to ensure product information and customer experiences are communicated to the Sales. Complete detailed trip reports of all activity by customer - to be sent to NAM and Global VP of Sales for Alpha Support Sales Account Managers on customer visits, sales calls, etc. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. _ Education: _ Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field; or Experience working in the retail loss prevention field or in-store operations. _ Experience: _ Previous experience in providing in person and web- based training Previous experience in supporting projects or programs and meeting deadlines. Previous experience in handling a variety of administrative tasks 2+ years of retail experience Retail Theft and Loss Prevention experience is strongly preferred. _ Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities _ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent presentation skills to both small and large groups Ability to learn and understand the Alpha product line. Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Products, CSM programs _ OTHER _ This position requires approximately 75% overnight travel.
