Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented analyst to round out a distributed team of fun and hard working employees who manage a suite of Verisk auto underwriting solutions. You'll be accountable for analytical and operational product management efforts that make an impact on our customers' results, and will improve the growth and competitiveness of Verisk's solutions. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, as well as Product Managers and other Analysts.Responsibilities:Learn how Verisk's underwriting solutions work and help make them betterAnalyze large data sets and make recommendations based on your findingsRespond to customers' data and research requests, as well as internal requestsHelp conduct POC's and retro studies, and you may occasionally work with customers to help them get the most value from their Verisk solutionsAssist with creating requirements for new features and products Work on special projects and other duties as assignedQualificationsDetail-oriented with exceptional analytical, decision making and problem-solving skillsProficient with SQL, Excel, data visualization, PowerPoint, and you're interested in learning new skills and toolsFamiliar with Agile project methodologiesUnderstand basic API concepts, and familiar with data mappingJuggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to thrive in a remote work environment, with or without management directionCollege degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of applied P experienceAdditional InformationVerisk Analytics is an equal opportunity employer.All members of the Verisk Analytics family of companies are equal opportunity employers.
