About the role

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and support of our highly sought-after product, "S/4 HANA for Financial Products Subledger." This product is designed to assist our customers in achieving compliance with accounting and reporting standards such as IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 within the Financial Services industry. In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities to ensure the overall quality and readiness of the product. Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Product Owner in activities such as demos, documentation, training, and tutorials related to the business scenarios supported by our product.
  • Conducting testing of new features in parallel with the development sprints to ensure their functionality and reliability.
  • Defining and performing integrated testing of relevant business scenarios across various product features.
  • Developing and implementing automated tests for important business scenarios to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Supporting the team in analyzing and addressing customer tickets, providing timely and effective resolutions to any issues or concerns.

You will have the flexibility to work from any of our offices in Germany, in Berlin, Munich, or Walldorf, or choose a home-office setup or a combination of the two based on your preferences.

Requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who brings the following qualities and skills:

  • An advanced academic degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Business Informatics, or a related field, showcasing your dedication to knowledge and learning.
  • A solid understanding of business processes, particularly within the domain of financial accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to confidently express your ideas and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment. Your ability to drive collaboration will be essential for the success of our projects.
