Job Title: Product Program Manager - Remote


Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location:Work From Anywhere in the U.S.

About The Role:

We are looking for a curious, nimble and results-oriented Program Manager to support the Product Organization. In this role you will report into the Office of the President & COO and support the Chief Product Officer to execute against the strategic priorities of the business including setting up an operating rhythm that supports driving transparency and alignment of all major Product projects as well as the standards by which projects are initiated, executed and reported against. In this role you will partner extensively with the Product Leadership Team, Technology Leadership Team and Business Operations team to deliver results.

This Is What You'll Do:

  • Project manage multiple Product Management related initiatives covering operational efficiencies, implementation and execution of standards and processes including supporting the definition, roll out and training of the Product Development Lifecycle process

  • Establish detailed readiness tracker and process for all aspects of Product projects with key stakeholders to ensure timely end-to-end accountability, rapid response times, and execution on deliverables.
  • Execute and track program deliverables, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans
  • Establish program/project status reporting and deliver executive briefings to update senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Independently drive workstreams including structuring and breaking down complex problems, creating workplans, driving cross-functional alignment and ultimately delivering recommendations and solutions that drive creative and rapid positive outcomes.
  • Establish strong partnerships with product and engineering teams

  • Partner with product and engineering stakeholders in developing, managing and monitoring an integrated roadmap of multiple releases supporting the full product portfolio.
  • Manage, define, roll out, and continuously evolve operational processes, tools and KPIs actively with the mindset of driving operational excellence and the ability to scale. This individual will be responsible for process documentation, KPI definition and performance evaluation against KPIs.
  • Define and drive adherence to Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) guidelines

This Is What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the delivery of complex systems and solutions as a program manager.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in business administration, finance or operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external audiences at all levels.
  • Independent thinker, self-starter and collaborative team player who is able execute at a high level in fast-paced environments while elevating and supporting colleagues.
  • Passion and experience to continuously develop, improve, and maintain high standards.
  • Experience working with project planning tools (O365 Suite, Smartsheets, Confluence, Jira and overall Atlassian suite).
