As part of our growing marketing team, you will own all aspects of bringing our products and services to market. Youll research personas and buying journeys, own competitive intelligence, develop critical messages and go-to-market strategy, be the primary architect of product and service launch plans, create content that supports our go-to-market strategy, and build sales enablement tools and materials. You will build relationships across almost all departments in the company, including product management, sales, solutions architects, thought leaders, and sales enablement.Beyond your technical knowledge you will bring a well-rounded and strategic perspective on product and solutions marketing. This is both a strategic and a hands-on role and youll be part of a highly collaborative, nimble and dynamic team. Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own the product marketing function at Access and collaborate with other members of the marketing team, product, sales and others to achieve shared goals. Partner with Product Management to understand customer challenges and feedback and deliver a marketing plan that aligns with product roadmaps Plan internal and external communication and promotional plans for launches of new products/services and releases of existing products, while managing the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market plan Lead or participate in customer feedback programs including user and executive advisory groups Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas Develop technical training, messaging decks, internal FAQs, and product guides, to enable our sales team to work efficiently while driving ongoing competitive differentiation Define product positioning and messaging that is differentiated, defensible, clear, and drives action and enables our sales and marketing teams Measure, analyze, and communicate the effectiveness of our go-to-market process, strategy, and materials to make continuous improvements. Your analysis and insight will help drive improvements to our processes and messagesEducation and Experience: BS/BA 5+ years of B2B product and/or solutions marketing experience in SaaS, services, or a combination of both Pragmatic Marketing training and/or certification a plus Experience in the information industry, document management, ECM, CSP products a plus Experience in a global marketing team a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Have successfully launched new B2B products/services to market Ability to work independently with clients and industry thought leaders Love working with sales and marketing teams to create effective product training material that includes value propositions and competitive differentiation Are detail-oriented with great project management experience and demonstrated ability to drive ambitious projects to completion in short time frames Have a proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally to complete projects High level of initiative and strong business judgment; comfortable in a fast-paced environment Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills A willingness to have fun, laugh and be part of a great team invested in collective success
