The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to the planning and execution of the marketing strategy to support Retail Cloud's unique media & data solutions.This individual works with other members of the product strategy team to ensure that Retail Cloud's media & data solutions solutions meet the current requirements and business needs of our clients- CPGs, brands, advertisers and agencies. The individual has deep knowledge of ad market and retail media industry trends and can translate these into product strategy elements. The Product Marketing Manager serves as liaison with the Sales team to ensure that the proper language and materials are used when interacting with current and potential customers and to support the "Go To Market" strategies for the product. The individual is also responsible for the execution of the marketing plan in collaboration with 1. Corporate Marketing team, for activities such as development of marketing collateral, attendance to shows and conferences, etc., 2. Sales Enablement team for all activities related to training of all internal Inmar constituents includes sales, operations and account management and 3. Client Development Manager for all activities related to RFP and RFI responses and general sales support.Remote position!Primary Accountabilities:Product Commercialization (50%)Collaborates with the Product Management team in the development of market and features definitions for new media & data products, with specific focus on programmatic and retail media network offerings (inclusive of CTV, paid social, and other emerging channels such as digital OOH, digital audio, etc.)Identifies key customers for data & media products and developed personas tied to specific customer needs and buying preferencesCollaborates with product management to identify points of differentiation for each product. Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyer personas, translating technical details into benefits for the user.Creates all internal and external sales & marketing collateral associated with new product & feature releases, including sales playbooks, pitch decks, product one-sheet, FAQs, talk tracks, case studies, website copy, blog posts, etc. Collaborates with corporate marketing as needed.Coordinates with the Sales Enablement team to devise and execute product training programs for all relevant Retail Cloud teams, including ad ops, CDMs, CDDs, etc.Collaborates with Retail Cloud's pricing committee to develop competitive pricing consistent with the margin targets of the business unitCollaborates with Product Intelligence team to establish Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable market (SAM) and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)Collaborates with the Client Services team in the development of collateral and materials for client meetingsCollaborates with internal and external teams to plan and execute media and PR campaigns to support the productMarketing, Promotion, Lead Generation (30%)Develop and execute demand generation programs (including email marketing, digital ads, paid search/social, event marketing) to create incremental sales opportunities, as well as drive penetration in target marketsCollaborate with Corporate Marketing to produce high quality content across formats, e.g. whitepapers, webinars, product videos, etc.Collaborate with Sales to identify target prospects, adapt specific messaging and content, and analyze results for optimizationCollaborate with Sales Enablements to leverage marketing automation technology (Pardot) and events to generate MQLs for Inmar sales (inbound and outbound)Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to develop communications strategy to support product via press and analysis relations, and paid media to support lead generationMeasure performance of campaigns with qualifiable KPIs and optimize accordinglyStrategic Sales Support (20%)Generate strategic proposals for enterprise level engagements and high valued prospects and customers that effectively highlight our key solutions that solve for the customer's primary business challengesLead enterprise level RFI responses related to programmatic or Retail Media Network opportunitiesCollaborate with sales to monitor product revenue pipeline, identify sales challenges and opportunities, and develop strategic account plansWork closely with Yield Management to structure the economics of the deal to best position Retail Cloud to win opportunities while maintaining margin goalsHelp train current and new Client Development Managers on best practices for RFP responses.
