10395BR**Product Manager-Remote**Saint LouisMissouri**Job Description****RealSure** is a joint venture between Realogy and Home Partners of America, offering a differentiated cash offer product that helps consumers sell and buy their home with confidence.**RealSure is expanding and enhancing its bold products to** **improve the consumer home selling and buying transaction experience.**The integral role of **Product Manager** , reporting to the VP of Product of RealSure, will work directly on the growth and development of products.This role is 100% remote; however, the ideal candidate will be based in the eastern or central time zone.The role will partner with product, UX/UI, business, and technical leaders to build out RealSure's consumer and agent product experiences. Our ideal team member has product management experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to apply strategic viewpoints while balancing short term and intermediate goals. Above all else, this team member must be endlessly curious.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Serve as a Product Manager working on one of the Realogy's core strategic initiatives+ Bring a passion for trying new ideas, failing fast, & iterating quickly+ Collaborate with senior members of the program team to groom the product backlog, create actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria.
