The Podcast Mission is the product and technology team at Spotify responsible for building the best tools for podcast creators. We build the platforms, tools, and features that deliver a great creator experience, allowing podcasters to host (for free!), create, and distribute their episodes, while making money from their art and growing and engaging with their audience.
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our creator analytics team in the Podcast mission. This role is critical to shaping the future of how creators understand and optimize their performance on Spotify.
\nThe United States base range for this position is $112,298 - $160,425 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
