Position Purpose: This role is a business value multiplier, focused on maximizing business gains for every IT dollar invested. Create and own small features that support product strategy and IT delivery.
Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes
Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery
Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces
Define success metrics and measurement plan
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience. 2+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Call center experience
- Healthcare background
- Worked on CRM applications
