Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team.  As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our development team and healthcare stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of ECL’s customers. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the overall product vision.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Translate product briefs and requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to be used by both internal and 3rd party development teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout sprints by answering any questions that may arise
  • Run weekly story grooming sessions with development teams to answer clarifying questions and refine user stories when necessary
  • Serve as Product team representative in daily standup meetings
  • Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve the product development process
  • Assist in go-to-market and release planning through the creation of enablement artifacts


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Product Manager in a Scrum/Agile environment
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and product management tools
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing a product backlog based on business value and customer impact
  • Proven knowledge of SaaS delivery models
  • Experience in creating enablement artifacts such as release notes, training guides, etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with offshore teams required
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industry is preferred but not required
