Product Manager

As a product manager for Fresh Technology you’ll be responsible for executing the entire product lifecycle across one of our products. You’ll be working closely with customers, our product director, and software developers to solve the toughest problems in the challenging restaurant ecosystem.    

Our ideal product manager has at least one year of experience working in an agile environment, preferable on a SaaS product. They think deeply about problems - both identifying them and solving them. They are willing to question things, and they are rarely satisfied with the first answer. They are organized and process-driven, but they are also able to empathize with our users. 

You will:

• Work with product director to develop and prioritize the product roadmap
• Align product backlog to the company objectives and key results
• Collect, collate, and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to evaluate potential product features
• Maintain product backlog in ALM system, including writing users stories and assigning tasks to developers
• Run daily stand up meetings with the product team
• Participate in biweekly backlog refinement meetings, sprint planning meetings, iteration planning meetings, and technical retrospectives
• Work closely with product designers on mock ups
• Work with developers to answer questions and ensure that feature implementations meet the needs of the users
• Write documentation for new features that can be used by all departments for training, support, sales, and marketing
• Provide release notes to sales, marketing, support, and customer success prior to each release
• Document QA acceptance criteria and stress test use cases for all product features

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of product management experience working in an agile environment, preferably on a SaaS product
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are organized and able to define and implement complex processes
• Are flexible and able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
• Can identify and track KPIs and product metrics
• Are able to synthesize information from a variety of sources and can use that information to make decisions
• Are a full time advocate for your products and do what it takes to make the product team successful
