About the role:

  • The Product Analyst serves as a critical link between technical teams, operations, and product management. This role is responsible for triaging product bugs, collaborating with operations teams to define new product requests, setting prioritization of product requests to ensure efficient resource allocation, and serving as the evangelist for new product releases/changes.


What you'll do:

  • Receive, analyze, and triage incoming bug reports from internal teams and customers
  • Conduct initial investigation of reported issues to determine severity, impact, and appropriate routing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate issues and determine resolution paths
  • Partner with operations teams to identify, document, and structure new product requests
  • Develop and implement product prioritization frameworks based on business impact, customer needs, and technical considerations
  • Determine prioritization of product requests from across the organization
  • Being the expert on all things related to our product 
  • Communicate product improvements and new features to non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of changes made


Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a technical product support or product operations role
  • 3+ years experience with analytical tools (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc) 
  • 3+ years of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


Preferred Skills

  • Background in customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of data analysis for prioritization decision-making
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all facets of our product
