Processor, Home Equity
Location: Chesterbrook, PA or Remote
JG Wentworth is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Processor to join our Home Equity Cashout (HEC) team. Our Home Equity Cashout product provides homeowners with a unique opportunity to access the equity in their homes without taking on additional monthly loan payments or debt obligations.
As a Processor, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through the funding process from application to closing, ensuring each application is handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. This position requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will collaborate closely with applicants, Home Equity Specialists, Underwriters, and third-party vendors to facilitate timely approvals and closings.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial documentation, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a strong drive to help consumers achieve their financial goals.
