CTG is seeking a Process Analyst II to support process improvement initiatives for our client. This role focuses on analyzing business operations, documenting workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and helping drive operational efficiency improvements across the organization.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather process requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and analytical documentation using tools such as Visio and Miro.
  • Interpret operational and process data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support automation and robotics process improvement initiatives by developing business case recommendations.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, operations, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools including Miro, Visio, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and senior leadership.
  • Experience documenting workflows, operational procedures, and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Exposure to automation or robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives.
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.76 to $41.27/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
