Principal Technical Support Engineer - Remote/Wireless/WAN/LAN/Switch/Router.

Our Client; a Global Telecoms OEM, is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer to join their EMEA TAC support team, to look after their premier customers in the UK and Ireland.

You will have

  • Wireless support experience
  • Technical assistance centre experience - remote support experience
  • WAN/LAN Switch/Router support experience TCP/IP, L3 routing, L2 switching, Multicast, Firewalls, QOS
  • troubleshooting skills - wireless technology 802.11x, WLAN authentication, encryption, EAP,PSK, Radius,AAA, DNS

This is a UK based, fully remote position.
