The Pricing Specialist Assistant will be responsible for providing accurate quotes for the correct products in a timely manner. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for executing additional administrative activities that result in increased closed won renewals, add-ons, and upgrades which expand customer share of wallet.

Responsibilities:

6 Month quote generation (one month prior to 6 month check) (Generate quote)
Review of discounts, free months, payment terms, etc. offered at initial purchase or prior to renewal
Post information in Chatter on opportunity
Updating renewal quotes at request of Pricing Specialists or per report
Assist with Custom Quotes as requested
Assist with updates and formatting of deal sheets
Create prorated add-on and upgrade opportunities and quotes when prompted via Chatter by the Pricing Specialist or CSM
Assist in managing calendars of Pricing Specialists
Update add-on and upgrade quotes when proration expires in a new month while Pricing Specialist continues trying to close the sale
Log and monitor your Statistic on a daily basis
Execute post sale admin and order routing forms
Execute Renewal Opportunity, Console Activity, Routing Form task on completed Opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
Experience with Gmail and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
Strong verbal and written communications
Excellent time management and organization skills
Superior customer service skills
Strong collaborative and team work skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
