Job Description

Overview: Scope of Responsibilities: Oversight responsibility for maintaining client network pricing to ensure contracted targets are met. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on all network pricing items impacting company profitability while developing and implementing strategies to maximize profitability where appropriate. Partner with IT/Analytics to utilize maximum technological resources to create models/reporting to service internal/external partners.

Job Summary: Monitor and manage ProActs network financial performance including but not limited to network pricing, client pricing, new client underwriting, client audits. Oversee the underwriting models for both existing clients as well as proposed pricing to prospective partners. Utilize data analytics to provide efficiencies and cost savings.
Responsibilities: Job Duties:
  • Monitor and adjust client network pricing to ensure that client targets are met while maximizing ProAct performance
  • Monitor pharmacy network pricing to ensure retail, mail and specialty targets are achieved
  • Ensure all client pricing is captured in CRM database and is kept up to date and accurate
  • Ensure proper pricing is being applied to client billing
  • Create metric models to assist upper management in financial decision making
  • Develop pricing models to calculate what adjustments need to be made efficiently
  • Prepare and respond to client financial audits as needed
  • Partner with internal teams to develop pricing strategies for client renewal
  • Partner with Sales team to develop pricing metrics for new sales opportunities
  • Review, prepare, and present monthly pricing status reports
  • Interface with various external business partners as needed for program development and problem resolution.
  • Assist in day-to-day ad hoc reporting/data analytics requests as needed
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, finance or related field
  • Preferred: Bacehlor Degree in Business administration, finance or related field
  • Preferred: 2 years experience in budget preparation and/or financial reporting

Required Training:
  • HIPPA Privacy Course
  • HIPPA Security Course
Job Skill Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, SQL, PowerBI, and Microstrategy a plus.
