We're big enough to offer the opportunities you need to be successful, but not so big that you'll get lost in the crowd.Essential Functions:Conduct audits to develop and classify premium base for coverage provided.Develop exposure base, classifications according to statutory and manual requirements.Examine policyholder's payroll records, general ledger and journal, governmental reports, cash disbursement book, automobile registrations, depreciation schedules, and independent contractors records.Communicate audit findings as needed to management, agents, underwriting and customers proactively.Insure a high level of service to customers, agents and regional personnel through interpersonal communication, email and phone.Ability to work independently with multiple systems including the premium audit system, knowledge of customer payroll systems and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.Attend Home Office and regional office meetings as required.Work independently with focus on effective time management including economic scheduling of work.Performs other duties as assigned.Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field- preferred,Equivalent business experience/APA preferred.Experience:2-4 + years premium audit experience preferredBENEFITS:We believe strongly that talented people are core to our success and are attracted to companies that provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits packages, career advancement and challenging work opportunities.
