This includes tactical project management, oversight and delivery, helping ensure projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and at a high caliber. The Practice Manager is the primary point of escalation for client issues during a project. This role actively contributes to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. Works closely with customers and consultants on engagements to ensure projects are executed as scoped and customer expectations are met. The Practice Manager is also closely involved in helping mentor, develop and evaluate consultants. How you will make an impact :Lead Consultant team to success through strong mentorship & guidanceMaintain clear visibility of Consultants workloads, utilization to support resource allocationContribute and drive thought leadership within area of expertise & technical community Drive to successful delivery of complex custom Services offeringsIdentify gaps in current delivery models and support leadership in resourcing, training, hiring to meet the needsAble to translate technical work into 'laymans' terms in order to engage with client for trouble shooting, clarification needsEnsure consultants are receiving necessary training, skills development and growth opportunities for continued career enhancementQualifications for successBachelor's or higher degree or its equivalent in certifications or work experience - with a preference in STEM, Computer Science, Cyber Security, etc.7+ years of related work experience in cyber security/technology environmentMinimum of 5+ years of related work experience in developing, implementing or architecting cyber security projects related to a technical community/cyber areaTechnical skills with F5 (LTM,GTM,ASM,APM), Zscaler (ZIA,ZPA) , Aruba (Clearpass, Wlan)Experience with Network Segmentation, Micro Segmentation, SD-WAN. Experience with Cloud Based Solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CASB SolutionsExperience driving/overseeing projects of varying scope and size; complex initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis to building the business and operational plans through to driving execution to success is requiredStrong leadership and communication skills - written and verbal to work with clients at various levels; well-versed with business and technical discussions Integrated thinker with ability to apply intuition, experience and judgement to the available data.
