Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to account management, gaming rules, promotions, and transaction issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to uphold a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
- Keep updated on gaming regulations, company policies, and new product offerings.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming sectors.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and practices in customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for effective problem resolution.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
