Description:

As a Platform Technical Analyst, you will:

• Build, maintain and report on key metrics, product utilization and consumption data
• Own the chargeback lifecycle of our products. Build, maintain and report on fixed and variable utilization of our products
• Collaborate with Program Management to ensure progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
• Analyze and identify trends as related to application support and incident management
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance and/or automate processes embedded within our various platforms
• Deliver an exceptional user experience to our engineers, with a focus on self-service and continuous delivery

You will bring and continuously build upon the following skills:

• Financial modeling and management, and cost analysis and control
• Data mining leveraging APIs
• Advanced analytics skills leveraging data analysis and visualization tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (nice to have Grafana)
• Technical documentation of business processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate

You will be working with:

• Languages such as Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React, HTML5, CSS3, Swift and/or similar technologies
• Microsoft Azure, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Github and other cloud-native components supporting a highly-automated global development platform
• Virtual infrastructure running Ubuntu Linux and Windows operating systems
