MGM Resorts International is embarking on a multiyear journey to redefine the casino resort and entertainment experience for guests, in order to deliver a 1:1 personalized experience. To support this effort, a highly cross-functional Personalization team is being formed within the Commercial group. This team will be tasked with rapidly building, testing, and scaling high-priority use cases that drive incremental revenues and move the business closer to the goal of a 1:1 personalized guest experience. These use cases require significant advances to the current analytical models, prioritization logic, and delivery channels used to deliver guest experiences and communications. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, the Personalization Coordinator in this function will work across teams of business analysts and subject experts (e.g. Technology, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and other experts) to

  • Support coordination and execution of strategic use cases, manage near and long-term roadmaps, and execute the operational changes required to enable MGM's Personalization vision
  • Support Personalization Manager to problem-solve issues, design solutions, and quality-check deliverables
  • Work with the Personalization leadership and Data Scientists to support the execution of the rapid test and learn approach to facilitate agile ways of working; lead the operational approach for segmenting customer test and control populations
  • Support the primary owner of personalization reporting; track progress towards incremental revenue targets and other performance metrics over time and report back to Commercial leadership
  • Work with the other Personalization teammates to track progress towards milestones for use cases and completion of data/technology enablers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for subject experts from across the enterprise to identify opportunities to coordinate resource and knowledge sharing for all Personalization efforts
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.


1-year experience coordinating technical projects across teams Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays


Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience working in a similar resort setting


Gaming license(s) in applicable jurisdictions

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to communicate effectively, concisely and logically in a timely manner and at an appropriate level, while maintaining
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
