What’s the opportunity? 

We are looking for a Payroll & Administration Analyst based in Brazil to join our People team. This role will be responsible for managing the compensation and administration matters from Brazil among other countries.


What will I be doing?
  • Assist with monthly settlements
  • Record payment of settlements in the system
  • Upload and update information in the system
  • Collaborate on area reports
  • Look for the most attractive benefits globally and the best practices in each country
  • Processes improvements and optimizations within the area
  • Monitor salary ranges and participates in compensation projects
  • Support the administrative onboarding and payroll of different countries
  • Manage internal and external audits
  • Establish relationships with different teams within the company
  • Learn more about compensation, benefits, payroll, and regulations in different countries
  • Participate in several projects in the area

What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor's or student in Business Administration, Public Accountant, or similar fields
  • 2 + yrs experience in personnel administration and payroll
  • Experience in companies with 100+ employees
  • Analytical skills
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Intermediate level of Excel
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Conversational Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with payroll management across different countries is highly valuable
