Job Description

Our client are a tax refund specialist, who support and advise sports professionals on the tax refund they may be owed, based on work expenses. Their clients range from both Men's and Woman's Professional and Semi-Professional Footballers, Professional and Semi-Professional Rugby Players and Cricket Professionals. They are looking to for additional support with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

* HMRC Telephone queries

* Keeping the internal database up to date

* Generating chase lists for clients

* Saving client signed forms to database

* Messaging clients via Business WhatsApp / Email

* Monitoring their admin email box to save client documents to our database

Key Requirements:

* Must be comfortable making telephone calls to request information

* Strong computer skills

* Strong administrative skills and experience

Working Arrangements

They are a remote business with registered offices in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. This position will be remote, however initial training and regular catch ups will be needed in Letchworth. Therefor there is a strong preference for a local candidate.

This is a 10-15 hour role initially, which will be confirmed during the interview process
