Job Summary

As the Field Marketing Coordinator for Restore’s corporate studios, you will be driving the marketing efforts for a multi-unit retail business located in multiple states. This role works cross-functionally with teams at Restore headquarters as well as corporate studio employees in the field to ensure all marketing is well-coordinated and aligned with organizational goals. Your primary objective will be to optimize marketing performance and execution, driving improvements in lead generation and lead management, while helping all corporate studios maintain Marketing brand compliance.

This role is part-time, non-exempt; 20 hours per week as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Studio Support (80% of overall time) 

  • Acquisition (50%):
    • Lead Generation 
      • Continually advise, train, and support corporate studio staff in lead generation  and management to optimize appointment bookings and sales.  
      • Collaborate with the agency and studio teams to optimize automation and lead  management capabilities.  
    • Lead Management 
      • Continually advise, train, and support corporate studio staff in navigating all things lead management, appointments and shows, to maximize the opportunities to make a conversion.  
    • Conversion & Referrals 
      • Continually advise, train, and support corporate studio staff in established referral  marketing efforts, translating to greater lead generation and higher overall sales.
  • Execution (25%):
    • Pricing & Promotions 
      • Understand Restore's business, needs, and requirements. 
      • Work directly with studios to create promos, support anniversaries, facilitate  national promotions, Canva support & creation, etc. 
    • Conduct meetings and strategy sessions with studio leadership. 
    • Advise managers and staff on marketing strategies and best practices. 
    • Act as a resource for digital, in-studio, and grassroots marketing efforts. 
    • Provide recommendations on scope and resource allocations. 
    • Develop and maintain marketing documentation. 
  • Reporting & Budgeting (25%):
    • Compile and analyze weekly, monthly and ad-hoc digital marketing reports. 
    • Ensure all budgets and timelines are met in coordination with the VP of Corporate  Studios including digital, in-studio, and grassroots marketing. 
    • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. 

Vendor Management (20% of overall time) 

  • Vendor/Partner Relations
    • Manage vendor/partner relationships with various digital agency partners to enhance  marketing initiatives and deliverables. 
    • Use vendor reporting and analytics to drive performance of Yelp, SEO, Yext, and  Listen360.  


  • 2+ years of experience in grassroots, digital, and four wall marketing required
  • Previous experience in marketing working for a multi-unit retail company strongly preferred
  • Degree from a four year accredited University or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and able to speak, write and type clearly, accurately and effectively
  • Punctuality, reliability and dependability  
  • Able to formulate strategic thoughts and sell ideas 
  • Strong follow up with key stakeholders, ensuring effective goal achievement
  • Travel will be limited to corporate studios as needed or approved
