Salary: P70,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (08:30 AM - 05:30 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in personal injury law.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in using Legal Software Management systems.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document preparation software.
  • Experience with Carat Legal software highly preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality work.


What will you do?

  • Scheduling and Calendaring:
    • Coordinate and manage attorney schedules, including court appearances, depositions, client meetings, and other appointments.
    • Maintain and update the firm's case calendar, ensuring all deadlines and important dates are accurately recorded and communicated.
    • Arrange and confirm meetings, conference calls, and other events as necessary.
  • Discovery Management:
    • Prepare, send, and track discovery requests and responses, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
    • Follow up on outstanding discovery requests and manage the collection of necessary documents and information.
    • Assist in drafting discovery motions, including motions to compel and protective orders.
  • Case Management:
    • Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
    • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategy and preparation.
    • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
    • Experience with E-filing and tracking.
  • Document Preparation:
    • Draft and review various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and correspondence.
    • Ensure all documents are accurate, properly formatted, and filed in a timely manner.
  • Client Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on case status and responding to inquiries.
    • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for their cases.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, and maintaining client databases.
    • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and ordering office supplies.
