Robert Half is partnering with a global cybersecurity company on their search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to add to their growing team. This role can sit anywhere in the US and is FULLY REMOTE!
Responsibilities:
· Assisting the Chief Legal Officer as well as General Counsel team
· Assisting with corporate governance, prepare board materials, draft meeting minutes, prepare reports, contracts administration, assist with HR developmental tasks.
