We are looking for an Operations Admin to help support our North American Returns and Fulfillment team. In this role, you will:
- Order Verification: Verify the accuracy of order information, and update based on new inventory and shipping information.
- Order Processing: Assist with creation of hardware shipments for internal Samsara employees
- Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with Inventory team and update orders due to inventory availability
- 3PL Communication: Work with our 3PL warehouse facilities to obtain custom S&H quotes
- Reporting: Help generate reporting for specific business requests
- Data Validation: Review records in our ERP systems and update records accordingly
- Team Collaboration: Support Operations Specialists, as well as other key stakeholders, with day to day tasks and requests

Minimum requirements for the role:
- 0-1 years experience as an operations admin or data analyst
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required
- B.A./B.S. required, preferably in a business or operations discipline
- Strong spoken and written language skills for working with multiple teams and publishing documentation
- Familiarity with many business systems solutions for order modifications and handling fulfillment transactions between applications
- Candidate must be based in Mexico (preferably Mexico City), or willing to relocate
