Qualifications The Oracle Security and Workflow (SWF) Consulting Associate will be responsible for the delivery of overall Oracle Security and Workflow configuration related to Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. You will help in driving requirement gathering workshops, transform requirements to Oracle Cloud Security and Workflow configuration, conduct role and user mapping exercise, and lead SWF testing. 2+ years of experience in Oracle application Security and Workflow Experience working with large Implementation partners, coordinate requirement gathering, manage team, and report on daily activities. Solid understanding of RBAC and Data Security is a must. Understands Segregation of Duties (SOD) framework and how to safeguard personally identifiable information (PII) in an implementation project. Strong understanding of security outside of application-level security, such as, Key management, Encryption of data in transit and at rest, Password control tools, etc. are a plus. Experience in leading large Security and Workflow implementations within Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, PeopleSoft, EBS, SAP or JDE preferred. Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud security design and implementation methodology Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA is a plus. Understanding of Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) configuration and security concepts and procedures is a plus. Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud - Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC) is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50% The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
