Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Key Responsibilities: + Provide quality work products on customer engagements while managing a small team of consultants. Has a broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology group. + Works under the supervision of the PMO Director in cross-pillar solution deployment projects (campaign, creative, technical services, strategy, expert services) involving single or multiple workstreams. + Responsible for workstream-specific requirements, configurations, setup, and supporting testing and deployment activities at a given project. + Leads the creation and updating of relevant project documentation, including: + Implementation of HCM Cloud Compensation module for US and Canada + Setup of Compensation configurations + Compensation data conversion + Design and Development of Fast Formulas and Reports where needed + Work with the Integrations team to deliver interfaces for various benefits vendors + Handles successful project closure and completes the hand-off processes and communication.
