As Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to continually improve our customer experience through a holistic approach to customer service, fulfillment, production, and other aspects of Christianity Today's (CT) operations.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
- Assist with customer service, answering emails and phone calls and providing effective support for customers.
- When needed, assist with processing mailed renewal responses promptly and accurately to ensure uninterrupted subscriptions for our customers.
- Provide support to the customer service team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
2. Fulfillment operations:
- A large aspect of fulfillment requires management of schedules and instructions for print orders, renewals, mainfile and supplement selections, and bookstore distribution. You will manage these functions on an annual, monthly, and weekly basis with an eye to improve overall service to customers.
- Collaborate across departments and with our fulfillment and print vendors to ensure necessary segmentation for various promotional inserts included with our magazine mailings.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment vendor and print vendor to complete all supplemental and special mailings on a biweekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain various lists related staff, executive team, partners and other complementary distribution, including bi-monthly updates to our controlled circulation master list.
- Oversee other fulfillment functions such as downloading reports, tracking inventory, completing annual postage reports, and managing PO Box and postage accounts.
3. Production:
- Become familiar with various processes related to print production to serve as a backup, when needed, to keep projects moving.
4. Additional Job Functions:
- Attend relevant team and all-staff meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed with customer service and operations.
- Perform additional job related duties as assigned.
