The role revolves around ensuring that premier client needs are promptly met and assists property owners with financial statements. They deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries efficiently, and manage delinquencies effectively. Collaborating on large projects, they ensure tasks are completed on time and support minimal legal work. Additionally, they monitor emails, coordinate tasks, and engage vendors for property maintenance to uphold operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Premier Client Service Management: Address premier clients' needs and inquiries promptly and professionally. Handle premier clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Financial Guidance for Property Owners: Guide property owners on financial statements, providing clear explanations and assistance Ensure property owners are well-informed about their financial matters and options.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly. Handle incoming calls with efficiency and friendliness, providing information and assistance as required.
  • Delinquency Management: Assist in managing delinquencies by following up with tenants and implementing necessary actions. Work towards resolving payment issues in a timely and effective manner. Maintain records and documentation related to delinquency management activities.
  • Project Support and Coordination: Support large projects by collaborating with stakeholders and coordinating tasks. Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet project deadlines. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Legal Assistance and Documentation: Provide support with basic legal work, such as preparing legal documents and gathering information for legal proceedings. Liaise with legal professionals as needed to support property-related legal matters.
  • Email and Task Management: Monitor and manage emails, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate task assignment.
  • Vendor Coordination for Property Maintenance: Identify and engage vendors for property maintenance tasks. Coordinate vendor activities and ensure compliance with property maintenance standards.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Industry Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field (preferred). Experience in operations coordination or property management roles.

Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio and lead management platforms like LeadSimple, or similar tools. Demonstrated expertise in customer service, delinquency management, and vendor coordination. Basic understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
  • Essential Abilities: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and adaptability to changing priorities.
