Title Resources' vision is to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and sound underwriting support. Job description:Title Resources is seeking an Operations Assistant. The successful candidate must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. The role requires the candidate to work certain dates and hours on site, while the remaining hours can be completed remotely. The responsibilities of this position include:Receive and distribute mail received in the Dallas corporate office.Order business cards and/or office supplies for employees and supplies for office.Prepare and submit expense reports for employees.Maintain record of invoices received and submit invoices for approval.Maintain record of reports submitted to government regulators.Maintain record of indemnity requests received and assign to legal staff for handling.Prepare mailings to agent customers.Upload and organize reports in proprietary operating system.Set-up/update new customer users of proprietary forms.Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate party when applicable.Respond to customer requests for information and documentation.Assist with mass email distribution lists using Excel.Set-up new employees for company issued equipment.Provide required updates to trade associations.Monitor and handle requests received via centralized folders.Receive, upload and update agent customer insurance information.Prepare and issue title insurance policies.Process requests for high liability transactions.Submit reinsurance requests.Provide other assistance and support as directed.
