Position: Operations Analyst
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Salary: $800-1,200/month (depending on the client’s final offer)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and will be responsible for managing various operational and people-related tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of energy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Business Administration

● Project manage the organization to maintain our biweekly rhythm of business,

ensuring team members complete required planning activities.

    • Send daily reminders to individuals to perform required planning activities, offering support where possible.

● Promptly respond to (and forward as necessary) messages in our shared email boxes, issue ticketing system, and online messaging system.

● Serve as the Executive Assistant to the COO:

    • Schedule meetings, remind the COO of deadlines, and draft email replies.

● Take detailed notes during team and project meetings, add the next steps into our task system (Notion), and send follow-up messages after meetings in our messaging system (Slack).

● Follow up with team members who are behind on tasks in Notion, ensuring visibility and support to accomplish their work.

People Operations:

● Coordinate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and hiring plans for

roles in the US.

    • Search for candidates through LinkedIn and other tools (outbound) and vet

applicants (inbound).

    • Manage the talent pipeline during the hiring process, following directions outlined in hiring process documents with accuracy and speed.

● Prepare and launch our team's 360 review process through 15Five, ensuring all team members understand their expectations.

● Perform onboarding tasks for new employees, such as provisioning system access and ensuring they have an onboarding plan.

● Perform offboarding tasks when employees leave, including removing system access and ensuring tasks are managed by others.

Requirements

  • Has at least 2+ years of experience working with US companies.
  • Must have experience using Notion, Slack, and LinkedIN
  • Has an Excellent English Communication Skills (both Verbal and written)
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Proactive, Quick thinker, both verbally and in action, and has a positive mindset
  • High energy level.
