We have a new opportunity for an Area Business Operations Manager (ABOM) who is high energy and has a very good understanding of accounting in an engineering or consulting firm. The work we do is interesting, challenging and wide-ranging in nature, and so is our client base.* This role will primarily work virtually and can be filled near any BC office, with a slight preference towards Boston, MA.Detailed Description:In this role you will provide financial assistance and support to the regional accounting teams relating to operating results; project cost control, project setup, revenue recognition, and contract administration. This position is assigned to the finance and administration department for an operating region and has reporting responsibility to the Regional Controller.Responsible for monitoring and reporting on; invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and earned unbilled and collection assistance.Review project setups for adherence to contract terms, multipliers, billing rates, and other project attributes. Approve project setups in eProject workflow.
