Job Description

Role: Sr OnBase System Administrator (Possibility of 100% remote)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona 85007

Duration: 12 months Contract

Description:

  • The Information Technology Division is seeking an OnBase System Administrator.
  • This position is responsible for coordinating all project tasks and technical aspects of installation, maintenance, and support of electronic document management systems used for statewide operations, including integration with individual systems not under the control of the Information Technology Division.
  • Must have good communication skills for coordinating with our statewide partners.
  • This position requires expert technical knowledge and experience determining requirements for, implementing, and supporting enterprise electronic document management systems.
  • Position also requires current Hyland OnBase OCSA, OCASA and OCWA certification, demonstrated ability to work on innovative and/or complex, large-scale, long-term projects, and experience in managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously.
  • This position is responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of installation, maintenance, and support of electronic document management systems used for statewide operations, including integration with individual systems not under the control of the Information Technology Division. The position provides daily support functions for several document management systems and acts as first point contact for the customer support center.
  • Responsible for the technical support of all electronic document management system environments (EDMS).
  • Ensure ongoing operational stability of all statewide electronic document management systems (EDMS). Maintain system logs and generate reports and metrics necessary to ensure effective operation, effectiveness of security, and to monitor usage trends.
