**Description:**These calls are inbound, members calling in to gain information about enrollment wand with general questions about their accounts .Call Center hours of operations are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-7:00PM, **Must be available Monday - Friday between 8AM-7PM & Saturdays 10AM-4PM.****Essential Job Functions:**Acts as customer advocate in providing enrollment capabilities and sales assistance for callers wishing to enroll in one of our Medicare products. Ensure compliance with all CMS requirements during sales presentations. Enroll interested individuals Acquire thorough knowledge of plan products and ability to communicate in easily understandable manner to prospects..
