In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to Nordic-speaking clients, addressing their technical inquiries and resolving product-related issues with professionalism and clarity. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively, providing clear instructions and solutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features and optimal usage techniques to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to maintain a high level of support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information in an understandable manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Able to thrive in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
