Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively, providing clear instructions and solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features and optimal usage techniques to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to maintain a high level of support.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Relevant experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information in an understandable manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
- Able to thrive in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
