This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about social media and are keen on delivering exceptional customer support in their native Nordic languages.
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and support requests promptly via instant messaging on social media platforms.
- Assist users in troubleshooting various issues related to their social media accounts.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Engage proactively with users on social media to cultivate a supportive online community.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system for future reference and continual improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to refine support processes and enhance service standards.
- Stay informed about new social media trends and developments to provide up-to-date assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in social media support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their operating features.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
- Proficient in using instant messaging software and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle customer inquiries efficiently.
