Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related questions, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product functionalities, features, and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Educate customers on product usage and provide guidance to enhance their experience.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and company updates to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service, preferably in the technology industry.
- Solid understanding of IT products and services with strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the capability to document interactions accurately.
