This role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and are enthusiastic about assisting Nordic-speaking clients with their car rental needs from the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing all inquiries related to car rentals.
- Guide customers through the rental process, assisting with reservations, vehicle choices, and understanding rental agreements.
- Efficiently resolve any questions or concerns from customers to ensure a positive rental experience.
- Collaborate with rental locations to ensure timely vehicle availability and seamless operations.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about rental policies, vehicle options, and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or rental sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other standard office tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
