Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Interaction Expert for Car Rental Service, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will cater to customers from Nordic countries, delivering exceptional service and support throughout their car rental journey. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rental services.
- Assist customers with the booking process, clarify rental terms, and provide information about pricing options.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and quick resolution of customer concerns.
- Keep abreast of rental policies, vehicle availability, and promotions to offer accurate and timely information.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or car rental domain.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in general computer usage.
- Flexibility to work hours that may include evenings and weekends, as required.
