Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Nordic Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Representative to join our team in a remote position based in Greece. This role will allow you to assist Nordic-speaking customers during vehicle emergencies from the comfort of your home. Your ability to provide calm, effective, and timely support will be essential in helping customers navigate through stressful situations while ensuring they receive the assistance they need promptly. Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls from customers speaking Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) who require roadside assistance.
- Assess the situation quickly and provide relevant advice and solutions to distressed customers.
- Coordinate with tow services and other support teams to ensure swift assistance is provided.
- Document customer interactions and incidents for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Maintain a calm and supportive demeanor while aiding customers in high-pressure scenarios.
- Stay informed about the company’s services and best practices for providing emergency assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under stress.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to offer flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts when required.
