Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat regarding transportation services.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, itinerary changes, and general service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
- Stay updated on transportation services and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the transportation or travel sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office applications.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
