We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for Fitness Technology, offering a remote position based in Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who are enthusiastic about fitness and technology and enjoy assisting customers in achieving their health goals through cutting-edge products.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding fitness technology products via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
- Guide clients on effectively using fitness devices and applications to optimize their experience.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and product feedback.
- Stay informed about product updates, features, and trends in the fitness technology landscape.
- Collect customer insights and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support roles, preferably in the fitness or technology industry.
- Strong interest in fitness technology and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer service approach.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
