Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer a remote position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Nordic languages who are eager to provide top-notch support to customers across various channels while enjoying the flexibility of a remote working environment.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients speaking Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and product information in their preferred language.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically in problem-solving scenarios.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for delivering excellent service and helping customers succeed.
