Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients speaking Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and product information in their preferred language.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically in problem-solving scenarios.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
