Responsibilities
- Offer excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, effective solutions to customer problems.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient in computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
