This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients from the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary inquiries, and general travel-related questions.
- Provide support during the booking process, guiding customers through options and ensuring clarity.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, promotions, and company offerings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive service records.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for travel and helping others plan their experiences.
