This remote position based in Greece allows you to combine your passion for customer service with a love for coffee, providing exceptional support to customers across Nordic countries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to coffee machines.
- Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Guide customers through the order process and provide timely updates on their purchases.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful issue resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the product or food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for coffee and an interest in high-quality products.
