Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients regarding premium coffee machines.
- Assist with customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and provide guidance on installation and usage.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Keep informed about product features, updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Foster customer relationships by offering personalized service and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially related to high-end appliances is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical knowledge of coffee machines or similar products is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
